"Sigi The Hedgehog"

Sigi, an adorable 8 inch hedgehog, comes to us from Margarete's Country Garden! He is made of finest mohair and high quality alpaca and comes complete with music-box! Sigi moves his head in a circular motion in time to the music. He plays "Muss i denn" as Margarete Steiff herself played on the zither in 1862. A curious worm peeks out of an apple, both are handmade of felted wool. The high quality music box and mechanism help to bring him to life. Sigi's fur is prickly, just like a real hedgehog!

One of the first in the Steiff Country Garden series of animals.
